Sebastian Hougaard has more than 10 years’ of experience with Nordic M&A and ECM transactions, predominantly in the Danish market, as well as established relationships with leading Private Equity firms and corporates. Mr. Hougaard has done transactions across all industries across Denmark, often with international buyers.

Most recently a Managing Director with Carnegie in Copenhagen, Mr. Hougaard is a Danish national with a M. Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
