Matthew Wiseman

Matthew is a partner at Alantra with over 15 years of M&A experience in branded consumer goods. A key member of the Consumer sector team in the UK, he works closely with business owners and management teams in the health and beauty, digital consumer and apparel sectors, as well as supporting financial sponsors, whether that be the generation of off-market opportunities, buy-side advice or maximising value in sales processes. As the co-founder of a specialist M&A advisor, Matthew has advised many multi-national and private owners of well-known consumer brands globally. Matthew has also held positions at PwC and Close Brothers Corporate Finance.
