Joel Grau

Before joining Alantra in 2014, he worked as a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, specializing in transactions of non-core assets. Mr. Grau was also a Senior Manager in the Department of “Transaction Services” in PwC, where he participated in more than 100 Corporate Transactions. During the last 10 years, Joel has advised on numerous Platforms, Real Estate, and Debt transactions, helping leading sellers in the Spanish market (such as Banco Santander, BBVA, SAREB, CaixaBank, Banco Sabadell, Bankia, BMN, Banco Popular, Bankinter, Ibercaja, CatalunyaCaixa, Banca Cívica, Cajamar, CAM, Deutsche Bank, GMAC, France Telecom, Vodafone) as well as some of the leading buyers globally (such as Apollo, Cerberus, Centerbridge, Elliot Advisors, Fortress, Deutsche Bank, Oaktree, Lone Star, AnaCap, Blackstone, ARES Management).

Joel Grau holds a Degree in Management and Business Administration (UAO) and a Master in Business Administration (ESADE Business School).
