Alantra advises Coral Homes on the sale of Servihabitat to Hipoges

Madrid – Alantra has acted as sole sell-side financial advisor to Coral Homes on the agreement to sell 100% of Servihabitat to Hipoges, a Pollen Street Capital portfolio company.
Servihabitat is a leading Spanish credit and real estate asset management platform, with approximately €9bn of assets under management and more than €100mn in revenue. The company serves a diversified base of more than 10 blue-chip clients and has longstanding relationships with leading banks, institutional investors and real estate asset owners.
Following its combination with Finsolutia, Hipoges is a leading Southern European multi-asset management platform with approximately €55bn of assets under management. The group operates across Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece and serves a diversified client base comprising banks, financial institutions, institutional investors and real estate asset owners.
The acquisition represents a key strategic milestone for Hipoges and Pollen Street Capital. The transaction will enhance the group’s scale and capabilities across Southern Europe and support its continued consolidation strategy within the credit and real estate asset management industry.
Alantra designed and managed a competitive process involving leading strategic participants in the sector. Drawing on its extensive FIG expertise, the team navigated complex transaction dynamics, maintained competitive tension throughout the process and supported Coral Homes through final negotiations with Hipoges.
