Our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) offers clients in the Americas, Asia, and Europe a full suite of banking support. Our team of 90 bankers advises clients on FIG M&A, loan portfolio transactions, non-core equity transactions, real estate portfolio transactions, and a range of other topics including equity capital markets, strategic analysis, and valuations. Our team is experienced across the FIG space but specializes in banking acquisitions services. We have completed over 10 transactions since 2016, advising banks and insurance companies with more than €90bn of nominal value and €12bn in terms of transaction price. A majority of international, private equity investors are our clients or counterparties to deals which means our advisors offer clients direct access to that community.
