Alantra advises the shareholders of Yukadi Villages, a campsites operator, in the reorganization of its share capital with the support of 123 Investment Managers and Entrepreneur Venture.
This operation allows Stéphane Cléach, CEO and founder of Yukadi Villages, to simplify the group shareholding (after the exit of Avenir Tourisme, a BPI fund invested in the group since 2003) and to deploy resources with the investment of 123 Investment Manager (123 IM) and the reinvestment of Entrepreneur Venture for the development of the group.
Founded in 2003, Yukadi Villages manages two campsites: Le Domaine de Drancourt (5 stars), located on the French north-western coast, with 330 pitches; and Le Logis (3 stars), located on the French Atlantic coast with 640 pitches, both positioned on the high-end and family-oriented segment.
Yukadi Villages is willing to significantly invest in its existing sites (infrastructure and mobil-home investments) and to acquire new sites to become one of the leading player of the French outdoor accommodation market.
