London – Alantra acted as financial advisor to Kent PLC, a Dubai-based engineering firm, on the acquisition of Sudlows Consulting, a leading data center design and engineering consultancy with operations across the UAE, KSA, India, and South Africa.
Kent is a global integrated energy services partner, delivering engineering expertise and project solutions across the oil and gas, industrial, renewables, and low-carbon sectors.
