Global Coordinator, Bookrunner and Euronext Growth Advisor

Milan – Alantra has acted as Global Coordinator, Bookrunner and Euronext Growth Advisor to Giunti Psychometrics Holding S.p.A. (“Giunti Psychometrics” or the “Group”) on its initial public offering and admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.

The offering was priced at €4.50 per share and had a total value of approximately €17.1mn, assuming full exercise of the greenshoe, including approximately €15.0mn from the capital increase. At the offer price, the Group’s implied post-money equity value was approximately €60.0mn, including the multiple-voting shares not admitted to trading.

Giunti Psychometrics is an international company specializing in psychometrics, psychological assessment and professional training. The proceeds will support further investment in research and development, international expansion and selected M&A opportunities.

NextStage AM acted as lead investor and will hold more than 5% of the Group’s post-money share capital following the listing. The offering also included a retail tranche and represented the first IPO on Euronext Growth Milan to use Borsa Italiana’s Direct Distribution service.
