Stockholm – Alantra, the global investment banking and asset management specialist, announces that it has advised ICG, a global alternative asset manager, on the partnership with Iver, a leading Nordic IT services provider.

Founded in 1989, ICG is a global alternative asset manager that manages $59.6bn (as of 31 March 2021) of assets in third-party funds and proprietary capital, principally in closed-end funds. The company operates across four strategic asset classes: corporate, capital market, real assets, and secondary investments, and has a long history of investing in Nordic companies.

Iver is a leading Swedish managed IT services provider that belonged to EQT’s portfolio. The company has capabilities for full IT outsourcing, providing their clients with contracted services, including hosting, cloud, and application management.
