Alantra advises Apps Associates on the sale of Astralis to Lane Four

New York – Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Apps Associates, a portfolio company of Quad-C Management, on the sale of Astralis Consulting Services (“Astralis”), its Salesforce consulting business, to Lane Four, a portfolio company of VSS Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Astralis is a specialized Salesforce consulting partner that helps organizations design, implement and optimize Salesforce solutions across the customer lifecycle. As the Salesforce arm of Apps Associates, Astralis has built deep platform expertise and a strong reputation for delivering complex digital transformation initiatives for clients across a range of industries.
The transaction brings together two highly complementary Salesforce consulting businesses and enhances Lane Four’s ability to serve customers across a broader set of Salesforce clouds, capabilities and end markets.
Alantra supported Apps Associates and its shareholders throughout the transaction process, leveraging the U.S. Alantra Banking team’s deep experience across IT services, cloud consulting and the Salesforce ecosystem. The transaction reflects Alantra’s ability to position differentiated, high-growth technology services businesses with strategic relevance to both financial sponsors and scaled industry platforms.
