New York – Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Brickhouse GPS (“Brickhouse”), a leading provider of GPS fleet telematics, asset tracking, and connected-vehicle software, on its sale to Grady Bay Capital (“GBC”), a private equity sponsor focused on lower-middle-market subscription businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BrickHouse serves customers through two related websites: BrickHouseGPS.com for business, government, fleet telematics, asset tracking, dash camera, and connected-vehicle software solutions; and BrickHouseSecurity.com as the e-commerce site for consumers and small businesses purchasing BrickHouse GPS products. BrickHouse maintains its physical office and distribution operation in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Company’s SaaS platform combines hardware-enabled telematics with proprietary fleet management software, supporting customers across services, utilities, municipal, construction and transportation end markets.
The transaction establishes Brickhouse as GBC’s platform investment in the connected-vehicle and fleet management software category. “Brickhouse is exactly the kind of business we are built to back — a high-quality, founder-led IoT/SaaS company with durable recurring revenue, exceptional unit economics, and a clear runway for both organic growth and consolidation,” said Craig Dickens, Managing Partner of Grady Bay Capital. “Todd and his team have built a platform that consistently outperforms platforms several times its size, with customer retention and satisfaction metrics that rival operators at enterprise scale. We are honored to partner with this team for the next chapter, and we see a multi-year opportunity to build a category-defining business in connected-vehicle software.”
Alantra supported Brickhouse and its shareholders throughout the transaction process, leveraging the U.S. Alantra Banking team’s deep experience across IoT, fleet telematics, and vertical software. The transaction marks the team’s sixth IoT/Fleet Telematics transaction and reflects Alantra’s ability to position subscription-based, founder-led software platforms with strategic relevance in fragmented end markets.
Michael Lenoce, Partner at Alantra, said: “We are proud to have served as exclusive financial advisor to BrickHouse GPS in connection with this transaction. Under Founder and CEO Todd Morris’s leadership, BrickHouse has developed a differentiated platform and best-in-class subscription offerings for fleet telematics and asset tracking, with exceptional service and support capabilities that have been central to its success and will remain important competitive advantages. We are pleased to have helped BrickHouse identify Grady Bay Capital as the right partner to support its next chapter of growth and continued expansion.””
This transaction further reinforces Alantra’s global momentum across the Technology sector, marking its 11th Technology transaction in 2026. Recent transactions completed by Alantra’s U.S. team in the last 12 months include advising Denovo Ventures, a portfolio company of MC Partners, on its acquisition by Argano, backed by Trinity Hunt Partners; GRAX on its sale to Ascendx; and Sincera Technologies on its acquisition by Virtusa Corporation, a portfolio company of EQT.
