Alantra advised the Board of Directors of Gategroup Holding AG providing a fairness opinion to assess the financial adequacy of their public tender offer. HNA Group, a leading provider of aviation and tourism services headquartered in China, launched a recommended public tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of gategroup Holding AG, a Switzerland-based provider of airline catering services and solutions related to passengers’ onboard experience. Alantra was mandated by the Board of Directors of gategroup Holding AG to provide a fairness opinion in order to assess the financial adequacy of the public tender offer.
