Alantra advises Davidson Consulting Group on a €72.5mn refinancing to optimize its financial structure

Paris – Alantra has acted as financial advisor to Davidson Consulting Group, a leading specialist in management consulting and technological expertise, on a refinancing transaction.

The €72.5 million financing significantly enhances the Group’s amortization profile while extending the maturity of its financial arrangements compared to its previous financing. This transaction demonstrates the renewed confidence of financial partners in Davidson’s strength and growth prospects.

As part of the operation, key managers have been incorporated into Davidson’s capital structure, reinforcing the company’s operational foundation.

This initiative aligns with the strategy launched by the founders in 2019, supporting the acceleration of the Group’s international growth and diversification.

The transaction was signed and closed on December 19th, 2024.
