Lisbon – Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Värde Partners, a leading global alternative investment firm, on the €61mn refinancing of two prime office assets in Portugal: Adamastor in Lisbon and Burgo in Porto.
The transaction was structured through two mortgage loan facilities arranged with Santander and Abanca, providing long-term financing under attractive terms. This milestone marks a significant step in reinforcing the capital structure of these landmark properties.
The refinancing supports the continued management and positioning of these high-quality assets within the Portuguese office market. Both Adamastor and Burgo are well-established in their respective markets, benefiting from strong tenant demand, institutional-grade quality, and strategic locations in the core business districts of Lisbon and Porto.
