Jorge Roa

Jorge joined Alantra in February 2014 and leads the Investment Banking Real Estate and Hospitality team in Spain.

Geographically he focuses on Spain and Portugal but has completed transactions involving businesses across Europe and Latin America.

Over the last years, he has been involved in over 50 different M&A, capital raising and debt advisory transactions including REITs, developers, hospitality groups and other real estate related companies.

His professional education includes studies at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany), where he completed his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Major in Industrial Management.
