Alantra acted as sole financial advisor to the shareholders of Baumot in selling a majority stake to US private equity fund Perseus. The investment by Perseus enables Baumot to strengthen its leading position in the closed diesel particulate filters market in Europe and provides the resources needed to establish a presence in new, high-growth markets, including the USA.
