Alantra advises Periscope Equity on the acquisition of Visage Mobile

Alantra, the independent global mid-market investment banking firm, has advised Periscope Equity on the acquisition of Visage Mobile. Visage is a telecom expense management software and services company which allows clients to visualize their telecom expense management procurement, billing, and optimization in the cloud.

Periscope Equity acquired Visage in 2020, along with two additional technology expense management companies—MobiChord and Mobile Solutions. On May 4, 2021, Periscope Equity rebranded the three combined companies as brightfin, a unified platform to manage mobile, telecom (fixed) and cloud expense, offered natively through ServiceNow or as a SaaS solution.
