Alantra advised on the acquisition of Emagine International by Mahindra Comviva
Alantra is pleased to announce that it has successfully defined and executed Mahindra Comviva’s acquisition strategy to acquire Emagine International, a specialist provider of real-time, contextual marketing solutions and managed business intelligence services.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Emagine International is a leading provider of real-time contextual marketing software and managed marketing services for communication service providers across Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Emagine ingests and analyzes customer data to create actionable CVM campaigns used by marketing teams to send personalized real-time offers triggered by micro-moment situations (such as running out of mobile data or low balances on prepaid cards).
Comviva is a global leader of mobility solutions catering to “The Business of Tomorrows.” The company is a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra and a part of the $19bn Mahindra Group. Its extensive portfolio of solutions spans digital financial services, customer value management, messaging & broadband solutions, digital lifestyle services and managed value added services. It enables service providers to enhance customer experience, rationalize costs and accelerate revenue growth. Mahindra Comviva’s solutions are deployed by over 130 mobile service providers and financial institutions in over 95 countries.
