Alantra advised LATAM Airlines (SNSE:LTM), the leading Latin American airline on the sale of its airport services subsidiary Andes Airport Services to Acciona. Andes is LATAM’s ground handling subsidiary operating at the Santiago international airport and providing services to LATAM and other international airlines. Acciona provides ground handling services through its subsidiary, Acciona Airport Services, in Spain (Barcelona, Las Palmas and Palma de Mallorca) and Germany (Frankfurt and Düsseldorf). The transaction involved the negotiation of a service agreement between Acciona and LATAM.
