Alantra advises Intera Partners on the investment in WiseNetwork

Stockholm – Alantra acted as financial advisor to Intera Partners, a Finnish private equity firm, in connection with their investment in WiseNetwork, a Finnish provider of software solutions for sports and recreation industries.

Founded in 2012, WiseNetwork is a leading Nordic software provider for golf clubs, gyms, event organisers, and multi-sport and multi-purpose arenas. WiseNetwork’s WisePlatform is a comprehensive SME ERP that brings together customer relationship management, POS, marketing, sales, HR and financial management. The company’s industry-specific solutions include WisePlatform Gym for gyms and fitness centres, WisePlatform Golf for golf clubs, and WisePlatform Event for event operations.

Intera Partners is a private equity firm with a focus on growth and internationalization of Finnish and Swedish companies. Intera manages two active funds with a total capital of €585mn. The funds are invested in a total of 12 portfolio companies with over 5,000 employees and combined revenues of over €600mn.

This transaction reinforces Alantra’s track record in the European Technology sector, with recent credentials including advising the shareholders of Multisoft on its sale to SEB Private Equity and advising CymbiQ Group AG on its sale to Adnovum AG.
