Milan – Alantra acted as financial advisor and bookrunner to Expert.ai S.p.A. in connection with its €17.9 million capital increase to support the continued execution of its strategic growth plan.

Listed on Euronext Growth Milan (EXAI:IM), Expert.ai is a European leader in enterprise artificial intelligence. Proceeds will support the expansion of Expert.ai’s EidenAI suite and further innovation and acquisitions.
