Alantra has advised Datalytyx on its sale to Mphasis

Alantra, the independent global mid-market investment banking, alternative asset management and credit portfolio advisory firm, has advised Datalytyx, a leading data consultancy firm, on its sale to Mphasis, the India-listed IT solutions provider specialising in cloud and cognitive services.

UK-headquartered Datalytyx provides next-generation Data Engineering, Data Ops and Master Data Management services. It supports modern data projects by providing a managed data platform for analytics and machine learning, using best-in-class data tools. The company integrates client environments with platforms from its partners – Talend and Snowflake, creating a single integrated platform for Data and AI.

As the first Snowflake Rockies Partner in the UK, a Snowflake Select Solutions Partner, and a Platinum VAR partner of Talend, Datalytyx provides services for modern data projects enabling faster, more accurate analysis and Artificial Intelligence.

Mphasis, an IT solutions provider specialising in cloud and cognitive services, applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally. The acquisition of Datalytyx will further strengthen Mphasis’ data strategy and enhance its next generation digital transformation capabilities within the combined businesses’ global client base.

The Alantra team comprised Simon Roberts (Director), Jamie Dickson (Associate) and Milan Vashi (Analyst).

This is the latest in a series of transactions within the technology and digital consultancy space on which Alantra has advised, including the sale of Sol-Tec to Content + Cloud, the sale of Ten10 to Graphite Capital, MML’s investment in Roboyo and BIP’s investment in Chaucer.
