Neodecortech is an Italian decorative surfaces specialist serving furniture, flooring and interior design manufacturers. By combining decorative base paper production, surface printing and impregnation with internal energy generation, the group ensures tight control of the value chain, supporting operational efficiency, cost competitiveness and margin stability. Its diversified portfolio spans printed papers, laminates and advanced surface technologies, while the recent Lamitex acquisition further strengthens its positioning in higher value-added decorative laminates and design-driven interior solutions.

Alantra initiates coverage with a “BUY” recommendation and target price of €5.0/share.
