Alantra advises the shareholders of MEDWING on the sale of International Recruiting to Klett Kita & Schule

Frankfurt – Alantra has acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of MEDWING, a German tech-enabled healthcare staffing and workforce-management platform, on the sale of its International Recruiting business to Klett Kita & Schule, part of the Klett Group.

MEDWING International Recruiting supports hospitals, clinics and other care providers in Germany in recruiting qualified healthcare professionals from abroad. The business provides end-to-end support throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and the assessment of professional and language qualifications to assistance with relocation, recognition procedures and local integration.

As part of Klett Kita & Schule, MEDWING International Recruiting will benefit from the resources and capabilities of an established education and services group, providing a strong foundation for the continued development and expansion of its offering.
