London – Alantra acted as sole financial advisor to Lunar Digital on the sale of its Reynolds House data center campus in Manchester to Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”).

Lunar Digital is a carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection services provider located in Manchester’s main connectivity hub. Its Reynolds House campus serves approximately 60 customers across content networks, carriers, cybersecurity, IT services, and enterprise sectors. The facility hosts approximately 25 carriers, a London Internet Exchange point of presence, and direct dark fiber connections to Equinix’s MA1 data center.

Arcus is an independent infrastructure fund manager focused on long-term investments in European infrastructure, with €12.4bn in assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The firm targets mid-market, value-add investments across digital infrastructure, transport, logistics and industrials, and energy.

Richard Ludwig, Director at Alantra, said: “We are pleased to have advised Lunar Digital on the sale of Reynolds House, a highly connected colocation facility in one of Manchester’s key networking hubs. Its established carrier ecosystem, diversified customer base, and interconnection capabilities make it well aligned with Arcus’ strategy to expand its UK colocation platform. The transaction reflects the continued strategic importance of connectivity-rich data center assets and our experience advising on transactions in this specialized market.”

The transaction marks a further step in Arcus’ expansion of its UK colocation platform, following Alantra’s advisory role on Arcus’ agreement to acquire Volta Data Centres from Verne earlier this year. Other recent digital infrastructure mandates include advising Asanti and Lunar Digital on the structuring of their UK joint venture, and acting as Co-Lead Manager on Merlin Properties’ €768mn capital increase to support its data center expansion strategy.
