Alantra has advised the management and shareholders of LRS Consultancy on the sale of the business to Anthesis Consulting Group.
LRS is a specialist environmental consultancy that works with businesses and organisations to improve sustainable resource management. LRS’s consultants provide strategic advisory services and commercial research, as well as delivering action-based project management, implementing change and sustainable behaviours.
LRS enables better resource management by helping clients identify and mitigate risks associated with material scarcity in supply chains as well as addressing the requirements of carbon emissions reduction and climate change. Clients include Tesco, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nestlé, Akzo Nobel, Unilever, Costa, CIPS, Veolia, Viridor and SITA, as well as local and national government organisations.
