Alantra advises London & Scottish Property Investment Management on its sale to ARA Asset Management

London – Alantra, the global investment banking firm, has advised London & Scottish Property Investment Management (“LSPIM”) on the sale of a majority shareholding stake to ARA Asset Management Limited.
London & Scottish Property Investment Management was founded in 2018 by Stephen Inglis, who is also its CEO. It invests in income enhancement and development opportunities across the commercial property and student housing markets.
LSPIM is also asset manager for Regional REIT, a real estate investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange, which owns over £750m of primarily regional office and light industrial assets.
ARA Asset Management is a Singapore-based real estate fund management company that focuses on the management of public-listed real estate investment trusts, REITs. The Company manages REITs, private real estate funds, specialist equity funds and offers corporate finance advisory services.
LSPIM was advised by JP McGrath, Jake Delaney and Julia Hussain from Alantra’s Financial Institutions Group.
