Paris – Alantra has advised the shareholders of Groupe Francheville Périgord Santé (‘The Group’), the largest independent private health operator in Dordogne (South-West of France), on its sale to GBNA Santé, a leader in care and support services in the New Aquitaine and Bordeaux region.
Founded in 1910, Groupe Francheville Périgord Santé is the largest independent private health operator in Dordogne. The Group has a complete and diversified care service offering with four main areas of expertise: MSO, nursing homes, after-care & rehabilitation and dialysis. The Group have a team of c. 70 doctors, including 25 surgeons and posted c. €60m of revenues in 2022.
Established in 1967, GBNA is a family-owned operator of clinics, leader in care and support services with over 650 doctors, 2,500 employees and 1,550 beds and seats. Built through successive acquisitions, it operates clinics mainly involved in MSO. This acquisition allows GBNA to consolidate its leading position in the New Aquitaine region.

With this transaction, Alantra strongly strengthens its position in private clinics operations with transactions including the acquisition of C2S group (MSO) by Elsan in 2021, the acquisition of Clinique Développement group in Normandy (MSO and after-care & rehabilitation) by LNA Santé in 2020 and the acquisitions of 5 Santé (after-care & rehabilitation) and Inicea (psychiatry) by Korian in 2020.
