Alantra acted as exclusive financial advisor together with HVS Hodges Ward Elliott to Dr. h.c. Thomas Straumann for the sale of the Grand Hotel Bellevue SA. The hotel was sold to Dr. h.c. Rudolf Maag and Mr Daniel Koetser. The Grand Hotel Bellevue is a five-star superior hotel with 57 guest rooms and is affiliated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels. It is one of the most renowned hotels in the world-famous Gstaad ski resort. We prepared the sales documents, led and coordinated the sales process, the due diligence activities and the transaction structuring.
