Alantra advises Fibrix LLC on the sale of Fibrix Filtration to Branford Castle Partners

BOSTON – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce it has advised Fibrix LLC on the sale of Fibrix Filtration to the US private equity firm Branford Castle Partners. Alantra acted as exclusive financial advisor to Fibrix, LLC. The transaction closed on August 13, 2020 and the deal value was not disclosed.
Based in Charlotte, N.C., Fibrix Filtration manufacturers high-performance, customized nonwoven media that are used primarily in industrial and commercial air filtration systems. Its highly engineered products play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of these systems, resulting in improved air quality, lower energy costs and better human health. Fibrix Filtration is the only North American manufacturer which produces both high loft and pleat filtration media and is well-positioned within the growing market for high-efficiency air filtration. Fibrix Filtration also manufactures highly customized products used in residential air filtration, liquid filtration and certain types of residential cooling systems.
