Santiago – Alantra acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of DEGRAF S.A., Chile’s leading company specializing in the recycling and recovery of electrical and electronic waste (WEEE) in the Chilean market, on the sale of a 70% equity stake to Resiter S.A., one of the leading integrated waste management and circular economy groups in Latin America, with operations across Chile, Peru, Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia, and Spain.

At closing, DEGRAF had more than 40 years of operating history and had firmly established itself as the national leader in electrical and electronic waste recycling. Its sustained growth has been driven by the expansion of the circular economy and by offering specialized e-waste recycling and valorization services.

The acquisition of DEGRAF strengthens Resiter’s growth and regional expansion strategy by bringing advanced technological capabilities, specialized processes, and operational expertise in e-waste treatment, thereby enhancing the Group’s environmental solutions portfolio and reinforcing its position as a leading player in sustainable waste management in Chile and Latin America.
