Milan – Alantra, the global investment banking and asset management specialist, has acted as Euronext Growth Advisor and Global Coordinator to BiFire on its IPO on Euronext Growth Milan. BiFire is an Italian niche producer of fire protection and insulation materials for the residential and industrial sectors with a long history of profitable top-line growth.

BiFire has developed proprietary production technologies and five different families of products which allow the company to compete against small local players and large multinationals. BiFire’s products contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, as they improve thermal insulation of buildings, safety, and better living standards, contributing to the renovation of the old and energy-inefficient stock of Italian buildings.

The placement was aimed at qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors, successfully closing with a €10.0 million capital raise (among capital increase and share sale) and a price set at €3.67 per share. The first day of trading on the Stock Exchange was May 31^st, 2022.
