Alantra advised Bankinter on the sale of a Secured, REOs and Unsecured Portfolio with an overall face value of around € 428 million to Axactor. This transaction will allow Axactor to reinforce its position in the Spanish NPL’s market as well as to increase its presence in the large and growing REO’s market.
