Alantra has advised the shareholders of the ARX group of companies on the sale to CareFusion International.
ARX is a leading pharmacy automation distributor in Western Europe. Since 1999 ARX has been the exclusive distributor of Rowa® and Pyxis® Technologies for CareFusion in the UK, France, Spain, Belgium, Norway and Switzerland.
Based in California, CareFusion is a global corporation serving the health care industry with products and services that help hospitals measurably improve the safety and quality of care. To accomplish this, CareFusion combines products and services from a variety of brands that include medication management and patient identification systems, infusion pumps, respiratory equipment, preoperative skin preparation products, surgical instruments and interventional procedure products.
