Alantra advises Analytical Wizards on its sale to Definitive Healthcare Corp.

New York – Alantra is pleased to announce that it has advised Analytical Wizards, a healthcare data analytics & technology company focused on the life sciences industry, on its sale to Definitive Healthcare Corp. (NASDAQ: DH), an industry leader in healthcare commercial intelligence.
The Alantra team previously advised Analytical Wizards on a minority investment from Definitive Healthcare in December 2021. In early 2022, Definitive Healthcare exercised its option to purchase the remaining shares of Analytical Wizards & closed the full acquisition in February 2022.
Founded in 2016, Analytical Wizards is a cloud-based data analytics & technology company for the life sciences industry with a focus on providing data-informed decision-making insights to clinical and commercial teams. Analytical Wizards delivers unprecedented scale, productivity gains, and efficiency in healthcare analytics through cutting-edge technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, life sciences domain, and data science expertise. The company has approximately 150 employees globally.
