(“Alantra Solar Fund”) are European venture capital funds with the investment objective of generating value for investors through the acquisition of temporary stakes in portfolio companies. These portfolio companies will, directly or indirectly, acquire, develop, finance, construct, and manage certain photovoltaic plants, initially located in Spain and Italy, with an estimated initial capacity of 1,665MWp.
Alantra Desarrollo Solar, FCRE, S.A. is a venture capital firm primarily focused on investing in assets during the development phase. Its core objective is to acquire temporary stakes through investments in equity, preferred shares, convertible or non-convertible debt in non-financial companies that are not listed on the primary stock market or any other equivalent regulated market in the European Union or other OECD member countries. These companies must also be non-real estate entities.
