Customer Service

With the objective of attending to and resolving the complaints and claims of our clients, given that they meet the condition of users of the services provided by the Entity and given that complaints and claims refer to their legally recognized interests and rights, the following Customer Service Regulations are made available.

The Customer Service function of the entities within the Alantra Asset Management Group will attend to and resolve clients’ complaints and claims within a maximum period of two months from their submission.

Prior to submitting a complaint or claim to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV), clients must have previously addressed their complaint to the relevant Customer Service function of the corresponding entity and either received a response or allowed the aforementioned two-month period to elapse without resolution.
