Valentina Osele’s career in M&A started in 2007 working for Altium Capital, then GCA Altium, now part of Houlihan Lokey before moving to Alantra in 2022. Previously, she worked for two years at Enel SpA as a credit analyst.
Over the last 15 years, Valentina has advised on numerous transactions manly in the industrial, personal care, business services serving institutional investors, family businesses and large corporations.
Valentina holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
