Simon Berta

Simon Berta joined Alantra’s Debt Advisory team in Paris in June 2021. He previously spent five years in the Debt Advisory division at Redbridge in Paris.

In recent years, he has been involved in over 20 debt advisory transactions, including LBOs, acquisition financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations, across multiple sectors.

Simon holds a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s in Political Science from the Institut d’Études Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence.
