Richard Desgroppes

Richard is a Partner of Alantra France Corporate Finance, in charge of Real Estate & Hospitality. Richard has over 17 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions and has advised numerous companies and investment funds in many jurisdictions through complex cross border transactions.

Before joining Alantra, Richard worked as Partner for Groupe Babylone Capital Markets, as General Counsel for Mazars Group and was previously operating at Colony Capital and Loyens Loeff New York.

Richard holds a law degree from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, a master degree in business and finance from LSU and is licensed under Paris and New York bars.
