Pablo Horcajo
Director
Pablo Horcajo is a Director in Alantra’s IT team in Spain. He joined the firm in 2018 and is responsible for managing the Group’s IT Infrastructure and IT Security functions, coordinating external providers, and ensuring secure and reliable technology operations across the firm. He brings more than 20 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology and Cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Alantra, he led the Technology and Cybersecurity function at one of Spain’s largest real estate servicers and held roles at international companies, including major financial institutions, where he managed large-scale IT transformation programs.
Since joining the firm, Pablo has led key strategic initiatives, including the migration of Alantra’s systems to the cloud, the standardization of network infrastructure across offices, and the implementation of the firm’s cybersecurity architecture.
