Ollie Hickley

Ollie is a Director at Alantra and is a senior member of Alantra’s Technology team in the UK, with a particular focus on Technology Services.

He has over 8 years of M&A experience, and has worked on numerous M&A transactions across the UK, DACH region, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

He works alongside our partners to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.

Ollie started his career at PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant, whilst working across London and Toronto.
