Nicola Ravara

Nicola Ravara is a Director at Alantra Italy. Prior to joining Alantra, he was a Vice President at Bank of America, where he covered large family investment holdings. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mid-Corporate and Financial Sponsors Coverage team at Mediobanca, as well as in the Corporate Finance and Business Development team at Fininvest and the Corporate Finance team at Société Générale.

With over 15 years of experience in investment banking, Nicola Ravara has executed numerous M&A, IPO, and capital raising transactions across a wide range of sectors and geographies and he is currently focused on advising financial investors in the mid-market segment.

Nicola Ravara holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Corporate Finance and Control from Bocconi University.
