Mrigasha Patel

Mrigasha Patel is a Director within the Healthcare advisory group at Alantra covering MedTech. She advises clients across a broad range of strategic transactions, including sell-side, buy-side and cross-border M&A, corporate divestitures or carve-outs, and capital advisory. She has over 14 years of MedTech industry and healthcare investment banking experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, women’s health, urology, robotics, interventional oncology, wound care and orthopedics, neuromodulation, and remote patient monitoring sectors. She has a strong track-record of MedTech transaction execution and strives to deliver high quality outcomes through tailored and innovative advisory solutions for emerging and commercial stage MedTech companies.

Prior to joining Alantra, Mrigasha worked in M&A and capital markets advisory at William Blair, HSBC, Bank of America Securities and Piper Sandler. She received a BA from Rutgers University – New Brunswick and MBA from The University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
