Milan Vashi

Milan Vashi is a Director in Alantra’s Technology team in London. He joined the firm in 2019 and has over 9 years of Investment Banking experience specialising in Managed Services, Communications, and IT Services M&A.

Since joining Alantra, he has advised on several of the firm’s most prominent transactions in Technology Services, including the sale of TradingHub to Summit Partners, the sale of Objectivity to Accenture, and the investment by Inflexion in DWS, now Giacom.

Prior to joining Alantra, Milan worked at Springboard Corporate Finance and at KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a BSc in Accountancy from the University of Birmingham.
