Michael O’Sullivan

Michael O’Sullivan leads Alantra FIG’s team in Ireland with significant experience in loan portfolio and credit platform transactions across all asset and performance classes in Ireland and Europe. He has worked extensively on both buy-side and sell-side engagements, assisting on all aspects of the transaction across perimeter selection, transaction preparation, valuations, due diligence, bidder engagement, and contract negotiations. Michael has been crucial in many of the largest Irish credit transactions recently. He has a deep understanding of the key value drivers for performing, reperforming, and nonperforming loans and the requirements for different investor types, together with extensive knowledge of the Irish credit market (pillar banks, NBFIs, and financial investors).
