Matthew Denley is a Director within Alantra FIG focusing on the UK market.

Matthew who was previously part of KPMG’s global Portfolio Solutions Group has over 10 years of experience advising buyers and sellers of credit portfolios on transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, and contract negotiation as well as advisory for UK and European banks, non-bank lenders and PE.

Matthew holds a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the Bristol University.
