Maria Alexopoulou

Mary is a Director at the FIG team of Alantra. Mary has over 12 years of experience in the financial sector, commencing her career at an algorithmic trading hedge fund. Before joining Alantra she was part of the Financial Services team at EY.

Mary possesses strong expertise in securitisations, having closed more than 10 securitisations of performing and non-performing exposures in Greece over the past five years. In 2021, she relocated to London and actively supports the Greek and SFABS teams.

Mary holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Imperial College London.
