Loris Gabrielian

Loris Gabrielian is a Director at Alantra. He joined the firm in 2022 and has advised on more than 20 transactions throughout his career, with particular expertise in the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.

In 2025, he was involved in several landmark transactions, including advising Alpha Private Equity on the disposal of Feu Vert to Groupe Bassac and supporting Colisée on the sale of its homecare subsidiary, ONELA.

Loris holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business School in France, where he specialized in Corporate Finance.
