Lars Rückert

Lars Rückert is a Managing Director at Alantra, responsible for Financial Sponsor Coverage.

Before joining Alantra in 2023, Lars headed Financial Sponsor Coverage for the German-speaking region at Stifel. Prior to that, he was Head of M&A and Investor Relations at Douglas, a CVC portfolio company. Lars started his career at Morgan Stanley, where he spent over 12 years between London and Frankfurt in various roles, covering the German and Austrian market.

Lars Rückert holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
